The issue with Comtacs is that it ridiculously amplifies treble to the point where it's ear-raping to hear and I usually don't want to wear it. Sordins doesn't do that, instead focusing more on the bass thus makes is much nicer to hear. RAC >= Razer = XCEL > Comtac > GSSh > Sordin > No headphones > Tactical Sport. I found the Sordins muddy the treble a lot.
